Sister, wife, daughter, friend, fear fighting yogi.

I started teaching with a push from others which quickly rolled into being my entire world. I teach for fun, for work, for my passion, to inspire, to educate, to inspire others. And yes, to make a difference. The classes I guide are challenging yet powerful, fun and spiritually healing. When you connect your body to your mind you will be amazed at what you're capable of on your mat, and in your everyday life. When you aspire to grow in your practice, you can inspire.

I seek calmness, calmness in the mind while empowering the body. I seek intention and acceptance. Every day is new and different. Take a deep breath in, and a deepER breath out.

I discovered yoga 7 years ago, and fell in love. It was the vinyasa flow that I was so drawn to.  I was a former dancer, I absolutely loved flowing through the poses and making it my own.  It was new and unbelievably physical but at the same time so calming. I noticed myself dancing through the poses with ease and breath. From there, I was hooked!

My passion for yoga and personality comes through in my teaching. There is improvisation in yoga, there is so much possibility, there is no end. I love yoga for so many reasons, but the biggest reason is the self-inquiry, the self-exploration, and self-acceptance. That is my inspiration to teach. Just that.

Be intentional and find awareness in whatever you do, see you on your mat!

Sister, wife, daughter, friend, ever-evolving momma-to-be. I'm enthusiastic about a lot. I love really hard. I bring vulnerability to my mat and malas (; And there, I work towards balance and calm.

I'm never bored.

I like feeling small in a big environment. Which is why I've called home to both the biggest cities and the biggest mountains. I enjoy being out of my element.

I like the challenge, but I like the experience more. I want to know and see EVERYTHING. My desire for opportunity and new experiences can be exhausting.

Music, food and nature make me feel the most alive. And enjoying them with my family and friends makes me happiest.

I'm good at seeing the best in everything and everyone. I truly do believe that recognizing one person's good and truth can make the world a better place.

The light in me, recognizes and honors the light in you. Shine bright, friends!

I am a healthy passionate experimenter in the kitchen.  I am the Betty Crocker of acai bowls. I'll take a green juice wherever I go. I listen to music while I do just about anything. Traveling the world is my dream, and so far I have a pretty good start.

Catch me if you can. From spinning to running, from barre to yoga, I get my sweat on.

I am curious, patient, and collected. I like to listen rather than be heard. I am a daughter, sister, girlfriend, aunt, friend, and lover of life.

A few things about yoga…

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self. It is confusing, scary, calming, relaxing, and powerful all at the same time. But what is so amazing about it, is that it can be whatever you want it to be. Depending on your mood, what you are searching for that day, your practice will shift.

Yoga has taught me to listen to my body, become fearless on my mat + honest in my heart.

Slow steady deep breaths in, long full calm breaths out. Let’s continue this journey.

Mama, ( of my Four Loves)/ nurturer/traveler/foodie

I was first introduced to yoga back in the early 90's, at a time my life was crazy with 4 little girls. Back then, I was doing a lot of high impact work outs which in retrospect seems suitable (or so you would think) to my high impact life. There was never a moment to slow down. I remember taking a few classes , thinking this is not for me.

I tried again about 10 years later, and discovered a practice and a part of myself I have never known. I often reflect back to that time and think how much I would have benefited from this knowledge during that crucial time in my life.

The beauty is, it's never too late. Yoga has brought an incredible calmness into my life and the ability to explore deep within. It is powerful, intense and peaceful all at the same time. Whether it be a good sweaty fast pace flow, or a restorative class where we focus on breath, and meditation; both have immense outcomes.

When I teach, it's a gift. I get to share my knowledge of not only the practice but the inspiration that has led me to where I am today.
